Support the Mission

Support the PAHC

The Polish Arabian Heritage Conservancy is sustained through many forms of meaningful support. Financial gifts, in-kind donations, volunteer time, professional services, supplies, equipment, and direct horse sponsorships all contribute to the preservation, care, education, and stewardship goals of the Conservancy.

Whether support is broad or specific, large or small, every contribution helps strengthen the long-term work of preserving historically significant Polish Arabian bloodlines.

Donors may also choose whether a gift is given for general support, directed to a specific purpose, or recognized publicly by name or kept anonymous.

Giving:

General Support Fund

Unrestricted support allows PAHC to respond where needs are greatest. Donations can be applied to horse care, preservation efforts, educational outreach, infrastructure, administrative needs, emergency expenses, and the daily work required to sustain the Conservancy’s mission.

Support Options

Giving:

Program-Specific Support

Choose to support a specific horse, project, need, or PAHC program. Designated gifts will be applied to the selected purpose whenever possible. If that need has already been fully met, or if circumstances change, the gift may be redirected to closely related needs or to the General Support Fund so that the donor’s contribution continues to serve the mission effectively.

Support Options

Horse Care:

Horse Sponsorship & Financial Adoption

Supporters may assist individual horses through financial sponsorship or adoption-style support. This may include retired horses, horses in rehabilitation, or horses actively serving within the breeding and preservation program. Such support helps provide feed, hay, farrier care, veterinary needs, transport, training, and the stewardship required for each horse’s well-being and purpose.

Donor Choice:

Choose Where Your Support Helps Most

Donors may choose to give to PAHC’s General Support Fund or direct a contribution toward a specific horse, program, project, or identified need. This allows supporters to match their giving with the area of the Conservancy’s work that is most meaningful to them.

Flexible Stewardship:

If a Need Has Already Been Met

Designated gifts will be applied to the selected purpose whenever possible. If that purpose has already been fully funded, completed, or no longer requires support, the contribution may be redirected to a closely related need or to the General Support Fund so the gift continues to serve the mission effectively.

Support Options

Recognition:

Named, Memorial, Honorary or Anonymous Giving

Support may be given in the donor’s name, in honor of another person, in memory of a loved horse or pet, or anonymously if preferred. PAHC respects the wishes of donors regarding recognition and understands that some supporters prefer private giving.

Support Options

Volunteer:

Volunteer Time & Services

PAHC welcomes support in the form of donated time, labor, and expertise. Volunteer assistance may include horse care, transportation help, administrative support, historical research, educational outreach, photography, media, writing, event support, facility improvement, and other mission-related services.

Support Options

In-Kind:

Supplies, Feed & Equipment

PAHC welcomes practical in-kind donations that help meet daily and long-term needs. These may include feed, hay, buckets, tools, fencing materials, tack, office supplies, ranch equipment, and other useful items that directly support horse care and Conservancy operations.

Support Options

Assets:

Vehicles, Trailers & Property Donations

Donations of vehicles, trailers, and other useful property may provide direct operational help or may be sold on behalf of PAHC to generate support for the mission. Donations of land use, long-term leases, facilities, or other real property may also be meaningful to the Conservancy’s long-range goals.

Support Options

Professional Support:

Professional & Skilled Services

Professional services can be as valuable as direct financial support. Veterinary assistance, farrier services, legal work, accounting, web development, writing, graphic design, grant writing, photography, video, and marketing all help strengthen PAHC’s infrastructure and capacity.

Support Options

Long-Term Giving:

Legacy & Major Gifts

Long-term and significant contributions help secure the future of PAHC’s preservation work. This may include major financial gifts, estate gifts, land contributions, infrastructure support, or funding directed toward conservation breeding, facilities, educational programs, or long-range stewardship.

Why It Matters:

Every Contribution Helps Carry the Work Forward

The preservation of these bloodlines is not the work of one individual alone. It is a shared effort supported by those who recognize their historical and genetic value and choose to help protect their future.
